Janelle has over 15 years' experience developing legally defensible tests and assessment centers for Civil Service (Police/Fire) hiring and promotional processes. This includes creating the examination content and scoring matrices, facilitating the assessment center process, and assuring compliance of Civil Service rules and terms of the collective bargaining agreement. As part of this work, she created a diversity and recruitment program for the hiring and promotion of Police Officers that included innovative marketing strategies and free hiring seminars for applicants, as well as assessment center training for candidates prior to the promotional exam.
